We ship both locally and wherever internationally we can.
Local orders might take up to 7 business days to be delivered nationwide.
International orders might take up to 15 business days to be shipped & delivered via DHL E-commerce. We however aim to deliver as fast as possible and you can stay informed of the parcel's whereabouts via DHL's Track and Trace system. DHL also offers a free app DHL Express mobile for your phone. Once downloaded, your waybill number will allow you to track the status of your parcel.

Local orders over NAD 500 will have free shipping nationwide. We ship with Aramex and they might use third party companies to deliver your parcel.
All International orders will be charged for shipping with DHL and depend on your location and country. Full shipping price calculation will be displayed at checkout.
Some countries have customs entry charges, duties and/or taxes, depending on the value of the purchases. By placing an order with us you agree to pay these charges. If customs charges are due, then DHL will contact you directly as they have a separate account where you can deposit, and they assist you with clearing these duties.
Shipments that are refused will be abandoned and customers will not be eligible for a refund.
We can only guarantee that your package will be shipped in accordance with your instructions and unfortunately cannot claim responsibility for delays in delivery due to unavailability of the customer to collect or take delivery of the shipped products.
Please ensure that you contact DHL in order to arrange availability for delivery of ordered products. We are unable to take responsibility for any unclaimed products due to failed delivery or any cost related thereof.
